Performs a variety of clinical services, such as immunizations, family planning, pregnancy tests, STD testing, head lice evaluation, and TB skin tests. Family planning component would include offering information about birth control, counseling on pregnancy tests, providing options counseling, and working the women’s health nurse practitioners to work up patients/assist with placement procedures.Administers services according to protocols.Teaches, counsels, and makes appropriate referrals for clients.Documents services provided.Would float to three preventive health clinics (Lentz, East and Woodbine) for coverage as needed.Performs related duties as required.
