The (IT) Project Managerwill be responsible for leading multiple projects through to completion--delivering projects on time within budget and scope. This position will work with staff internally as well as external vendors in projects related to upgrades for MDCs Energy Assistance program, including, but not limited to the following: creation of an online application for client enrollment, updates to our Unified Communications system, and the onboarding of a new CRM and data management systems. This position has an estimated end date of September 2023.

• Develop specific project goals with plans to meet those goals
• Coordinate resources for the execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Measure project performance
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Maintain a high degree of professional standards and participates as a team player
• Other duties as assigned

What you will need?

• Proven work experience as a project manager with at least two (4) years of work experience directly related to the requirements of this position.
• The candidate also must have reliable transportation

• Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and job requests

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering (in-depth) at a non-profit organization
• PMP or other related standard certification is a plus
