MCC’s Community and Workforce Education division is looking for Workplace Skills Corporate Trainers to provide training and skill development to all levels of employees within our department. The goal is to help others reach their potential through engaging activities that challenge thinking; expose new approaches to increase job performance; and improve knowledge, skills, and abilities in others. Details such as class content, number of days, and length of class, time and locations will be discussed during the interview process.
The Workplace Skills Corporate Trainer will facilitate our career services workshops on various career related topics such as resume writing, interview skills, online job searches, networking, etc. They will also proctor assessments, collect credentials, facilitate WorkKeys training through KeyTrain modules, and work closely with Career Skills Coaches to ensure students are meeting outcomes and competencies.
