Garage Cashier- Part Time$12.00 per hourGarage Cashier Job SummaryAs a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system. Duties include balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale.What you can expect in a typical day:Manage transactions with customers using cash registersResponding and resolving customer’s requests and concernsMaintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correctProvide accurate information of billing Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurateCollect payments whether in cash, credit or debitIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsRedeem voucher and coupons (if any)Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepanciesEssential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
