Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced electronics Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through inspections and testing. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of products at various stages of the production process
- Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product dimensions meet specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for inspections and testing purposes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control or inspection of electronic components using engineering drawings preferred
- Experience with IPC J-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, with Space Addendum
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot even minor defects or irregularities
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
