ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manage and maintain 3GIS/ESRI software, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement strategies for performance management and capacity planning on the 3GIS/ESRI Platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS solutions into business processes.
• Install, configure, and manage SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Develop monitoring strategies for network, server, and application performance.
• Create custom scripts and alerts to improve system monitoring and notifications.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage virtualization solutions around VMware.
• Ensure system security through regular updates, patch management, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate 3GIS/ESRI and SolarWinds into the existing application ecosystem.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows, 3GIS/ESRI, and SolarWinds.
• Assist in other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server and application administration.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
