**About the Role**
*****This position is*** ***not eligible for remote working*** ***and requires daily attendance in our Tempe, AZ office Monday through Friday *****
**You Will**
* Complete assigned tasks with timeliness and accuracy
* Utilize time management skills to complete time-sensitive tasks
* Prepare courier shipments for pick up
* Utilize multiple software systems to process mail tasks
* Operate postage & folding machines to process mail
* Process certain mail items by hand, without use of mail machines
* Control inbound accountable mail and packages
* Weigh packages and determine postage
* Prepare Domestic and International items for processing
* Maintain certificate of mailing records
* Process business critical mail by scanning mail to internal software
* Notify vendors of any needed repairs & coordinate repair service
* Maintain inventory of mail supplies
* Manage the loading of funds to the mail machine
* Communicate effectively with team members, facilities manager & manager
* Perform other duties as assigned
**About You**
* Self-directed & self-managed
* Ability to complete daily job duties without close supervision
* Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
* Capable of multitasking
* Basic mathematical skills
* Handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
* Create and maintain professional relationships with all departments
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year office related experience preferred, in a corporate environment a plus
* Minimum 1 year demonstrated mail/shipping and receiving experience preferred
* Prior experience with Salesforce a plus
* 1-2 years with Microsoft Software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
* Keyboarding and Windows environment PC Skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
