Required: Associate degree in Business or related area In lieu of degree, any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to below will be considered. Five years of related experience in a healthcare environment. Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of personal computers and information systems. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership, teaching, mentoring, and customer service skills. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team. Evidence of continuing professional self-development. Willing to work assigned job and over-time requirements (i.e., days, evenings, weekends) if needed. Reliable transportation. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Associates Degree in a related field Two years of experience supervising staff. Knowledge of EPIC functionality. Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. Ability to communicate face-to-face, via phone, email, and other communications. Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
