Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field (i.e. Nursing, Social Work, or other Health Profession). Six years of progressively responsible professional and management experience including planning and analysis, as well as program planning and development. Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Excellent interpersonal skills along with experience working with multi-disciplinary groups Solid knowledge of PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet skills. Experience with the operation of healthcare computer systems. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Master’s in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent Able to work independently within a teaching environment. Grant writing and submission experience. IRB proposal and/or medical research experience. Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Dexterity to use a computer.
