We are currently recruiting for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team who values our agency's focus and organizational excellence.

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services, programs, and activities for Metro West Housing Solutions' resident population. This includes facilitating trainings on various life skills topics, resource referral, multi-agency collaboration, coordination of donations and volunteers, community organizing and outreach, track program outcomes, children's programming and grant monitoring.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resident services either on-site at MWHS' owned properties or out of assigned administrative office.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of Resident needs by conducting assessments or group meetings to guide individuals and families towards appropriate services and resources.
• Provides service navigation, makes referrals and follows-up to ensure service delivery.
• Works with property management co-workers to address resident community needs.
• Assist residents with paperwork and applications for programs and services.
• Coordinates on-site classes for residents and provides after school activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• Two years experience in the area of self-sufficiency planning, social services, low-income housing, teaching, training, case management and/or counseling.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• A valid Driver's License and good driving record required
• Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish.
