At National Fulfillment Services, we believe in providing the opportunity for people to grow when they decide to join our team. We are looking for 2 Warehouse Associates that have the ability to lift 50-100 lbs safely, kneel, push pull, bend without assistance. Candidates who posses experience Fork Lift driving will be eligible for a rate differential. We bring large furniture and other products into our warehouse and shelve it for inventory. Shen customers order from our client, we pick / pack and ship it to the client's customer. We have a team of seasoned Warehouse Associates that you will be joining!

We are looking for experienced warehouse associates who want to expand their skills and grow their career.

Position Overview:

A part of a team, following best practices, you will fulfill customer orders and safely deliver product to the staging area.

  • Play an essential role in achieving service levels for our customers, including safety, productivity and accuracy.
  • Communicate and work with other team members to ensure proper movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Responsible for handling products for various operations processes, including receiving, order picking & packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • This role requires using material handling equipment and Radio Frequency (RF technology), pallet lift, hand truck and forklifts (if and when certified)
  • Execute all tasks following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent work methods are used.
  • Participates in inventory activities, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Moves empty pallets depositing them at the designated pallet holding location.
  • Keeps the ware clean, orderly, and free from obstructions with all debris placed in proper containers or designated areas.
  • Operates equipment and completes tasks consistent with Company Health and Safety Policies.
  • Demonstrates respect for the organization's values.
  • Other duties as assigned.
