All Star Properties is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Tech Near Reedsburg, WI
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is for an apartment complex. You will only need to work a couple days a week. You can set your own schedule as long as you work is getting done every week.
$18-$20 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Be available for emergency calls. (I.E. Fire, Flood or No heat in the winter)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must live within 15 minutes of Reedsburg WI
