Apartment Community seeking a full time qualified Grounds supervisor to oversee all property upkeep. This is a full time position that will require the overall upkeep of both the interior and exterior of 200 apartments.

Apartment Maintenance and experience not required but could be beneficial. Experience in landscaping and groundskeeping will be especially useful. Duties will range from but are not limited to:

• Cleaning
• Yard Work and Maintenance
• Snow removal in winter
• Painting
• Apartment turn-overs
• Assistance in maintenance projects
