REPORTS TO:
Building Principals, Assistant Director, Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide facilities maintenance services, including minor custodial duties, in assigned areas.

· Help support grounds maintenance including:

o Clearing snow and ice from walkways around the building

o Removal of trash from inside the building and occasionally from outside the building

· Assist in moving furniture, boxes and other materials to proper locations

· Coordinate maintenance and repairs with outside contractors and building owner

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
