Metro is looking for an experienced full time Occupational Therapist to treat out of our Hampton Bays clinic. Must have experience with neuro and hand therapy. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one treatment
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
• Custom Splint Fabrication for Patients
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Develop and guide plans of care which encourage compliance and produce the best results for your patients.
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
• Must be willing to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience.

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate.
• NY Occupational Therapy License or eligible.
• Min. 1 year of practicing OT experience.
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
