We are now hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for our client's logistics and fulfillment centers in Tewksbury, MA.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: $22.51 per hour
Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift- 2 pm to 10 pm
Must be willing to work at least one day at a front desk position that has many similar responsibilities to a receptionist.
Need to be polite to the client's workers and friendly. Need to be attentive to everyone who is entering and exiting the building.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to Account Manager.
• Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
• Operate computer system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.
• Observe, survey, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• Maintaining communication protocols that provide an effective client relationship.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability and flexible work schedule
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have at least one year of security experience
• Have a solid/stable work history
• Drug Testing and Background screening required
• Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in all weather elements
