We are now hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for our client’s logistics and fulfillment centers in Winchester, VA.
Job Details :
Pay Rate : $22.50 per hour
Shift / Schedule : On-Call / Flex
Must have a Virginia DCJS Security Guard License
What We offer :Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to Account Manager.
- Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
- Operate computer system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.
- Observe, survey, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
- Maintaining communication protocols that provide an effective client relationship.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Qualifications :
- Must have an active DCJS Security Guard License
- At least one year of security experience is preferred
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a solid / stable work history
- Drug Testing and Background screening required
- Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in all weather elements
