Summary:

Metro One is seeking a Corporate Finance Recruiter/Sourcer to identify, source, interview, onboard, and place qualified candidates for internal finance-related positions. We're looking for a passionate individual to help us attract top talent to our finance team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance Recruiter or relevant position
• Proven sourcing experience is essential
• Proficiency with ATS products
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, motivated, detail-oriented, and personable
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full life-cycle including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of terms, and closing
• Notify applicants promptly of consideration or rejection
• Fill open positions promptly and effectively to meet organizational needs
• Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline for various technical and financial skill sets
• Collaborate closely with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs
• Oversee project management of open positions and maintain proactive communication with applicants
• Utilize various social media outlets and job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to attract passive candidates
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage several open positions simultaneously
