Description
We are growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional Mental Health Credentialing Specialists to join our unique and remote team of professionals. We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist with proficient experience working with new startup outpatient mental health practices who require initial credentialing and contracting.

The Credentialing Specialist MUST have comprehensive and astute knowledge of initial provider credentialing / contracting with mental health payers. Metro NeuroHealth works with clients nationally and is offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate after 30 days of employment.

Please note, we will not entertain candidate applications who do not meet the below minimum requirements. Candidates who have only assisted with provider credentialing, only have experience with the provider 'verification processes', and who do not have experience with the entire credentialing/contracting process will not be considered for the remote position

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
 2 years of mental health credentialing experience submitting initial applications for provider credentialing and contracting for a new or existing EIN
 2 years’ experience working within CAQH and other mental health payer network portals
 1 year experience with fee schedule rate negotiations
 Strong understanding of the mental health credentialing and prior authorization submission process
 Detail-orientation and organization skills is a MUST
 Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills is a MUST
 Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and flexibility is a MUST
 Ability to perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and meet deadlines is a MUST
 Proficient typing/keyboarding skills with technical accumen (Adobe, MS Office, Google, etc.)
 Proficient knowledge of G-Suite, Excel and Outlook is a MUST
 Ability to multitask is a MUST
 Complete understanding of HIPAA is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
