Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative work, program management, and social work.
A Service Coordinator helps enable residents to age in place by helping them obtain services they may need and want. To help improve their quality of life.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing programs, budgets, and relationships to support residents .
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with benefits, services, interpret their mail, fill out forms...
- Coordinate services with community agencies and service providers
- Develop and manage programs to meet the needs of residents
- Oversee program development and implementation
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in social work or related field
-Knowledge of available community agencies and area service providers
- Program development and implementation experience
- Excellent relationship management abilities
