Ted Moore Auto Group is hiring a Warranty Office Assistant with the opportunity to learn warranty administration in the auto industry. Looking for someone who is proficient in typing and also experienced with 10-key. Looking for a self-motivated and trainable individual. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and on a rare occasion a few hours on a Saturday when the last day of the month falls on the weekend. Job location is at I-44 and N. May in Oklahoma City. Pay is dependent in experience but no experience is required.

Description:

The Warranty Administrator will join a professional and friendly team, effectively administering warranty claims in a fast-paced environment with monthly deadlines and goals

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain prompt and accurate processing of all warranty claims

Assist in continuous improvement/revision of new processes/procedures to ensure overall company policies and legal responsibilities are safe guarded

Work with service management to deal with all matters relating to warranty

Job Benefits:

8 hr. work days with a flexible scheduling option ranging from 7:00am – 7:00pm
