As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
