Responsibilities:
- Building good rapport with customers in person and via telephone.
- Promptly assessing customer needs in a positive, friendly matter.
- Answering product questions with up to date knowledge of product specs, store promotions and sales.
- Have a good understanding of our products and services.
- Working towards achieving sales goals, and being open on improving and/or developing sales techniques.
- Troubleshooting device technical issues.
- Applying excellent customer service skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Entering sales reports into database, ensuring individual accuracy and consistency.
- Inventory management.
- Set up visual displays in accordance to marketing guidelines.
- Maintaining 100% on training courses.
- Maintaining a clean, organized work station and sales floor at all times.
Qualification:
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others AND work independently with little oversight.
- Knowledgeable in office computer software.
- Ability to multitask!
Compensation: Hourly Commission
Experience & Education:
No experience needed, we are willing to train the right person.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Retail sales and cash handling experience; an attention to detail along with customer service, communication, computer and software skills.
