Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products and services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns as well as troubleshoot customers current devices
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to quickly and accurately input data into the point of sales system and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
