Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Phone Representative to join our team. As a RetailSalesAssociate, you will be responsible for selling Metro by T-Mobile plans, phones , and accessories. Our sales team provides exceptional customer service, and promoting products or services.
Duties:
- provides excellent service
- Provide information about products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Maintain a high level of cudtomer service nd professionalism
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently (Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred)
- Proficiency in data entry and using RTPOS software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience in handling difficult situations and problem solving
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
