Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Physician Practices to join their team. This position offers a competitive bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a cost-effective manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for practice management and operations, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Provide operational guidance, budgeting support, and conduct business analysis to drive organizational goals.
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing practice performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate organization-wide projects to ensure alignment with standardized procedures and common goals.
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making abilities while working independently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
