As the Manager of the Cath Lab Department, you will orchestrate daily procedures with seamless coordination, ensuring a well-staffed and engaged team across all departments under your purview. Your Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview.
• Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care.
• Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
• Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback.
• Champion productivity, while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Play a key role in the selection, development, and support of our talented staff.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications that Ignite Success:

• Licensure and Certification: RNs, your state license is a must; non-RN candidates should hold relevant certifications (AART, ACVT, RCIS). ACLS and NIMS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology school is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in cardiovascular services, ideally 2 years of healthcare supervisory experience.

Pay: $90,725.00 - $115,644.00 per year
