Full-Time Onsite Position

Overview: Our client seeks a compassionate and skilled RN Clinical Field Staff Supervisor to provide leadership and support to field staff in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will manage tasks, promote staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to field staff, serving as a liaison between field and office personnel.
• Directly manage the Clinical Field Staff within the POD, including task assignment, objective setting, and performance monitoring.
• Foster a motivating work environment to encourage the development and engagement of Clinical Field Staff, recognizing and rewarding strong performance.
• Utilize HCHB reports to effectively monitor clinicians and ensure compliance with established protocols.
• Maintain and update the Clinical Record regularly, documenting communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, and conflict resolutions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and thoroughly, ensuring resolution and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to address customer issues that may impact referral source relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Assess client episodes to determine discharge appropriateness, recertification needs, and initiation of orders as necessary.
• Review staff schedules to optimize productivity, communicate staff availability to the Patient Service Coordinator (PSC), and provide projected productivity to the Clinical Manager weekly.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher.
• RN Home Health (2 years).
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas (KS).
• Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri (MO).

Preferred:

• Clinical Management (1 years).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
