Nursing Director - Emergency Hospital

Job Description:

Our Award Winning Client seeks a Nursing Director for their Emergency Hospital. This role involves the 24-hour management of designated units, ensuring the hospital maintains the established standard of care. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to provide effective clinical supervision.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.

License/Certification:

• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.

Skills and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• RN License in the State of Nevada
• Management Experience

Pay: $125,354.00 - $166,000.00 per year
