General Manager

Our award-winning client, a national leader in their industry, is seeking a dynamic General Manager for their premier site. This full-time onsite position.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, utilizing data analytics to effectively communicate our achievements and drive strategic decisions.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations and financials related to food & beverage (F&B) and retail, including e-commerce operations for team merchandise.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a dedicated team of 6 direct reports, encompassing 26 managers and 650 union staff.
• Venue Management: Manage 50 concession stands, 69 suites, a club level section with concourse, a private all-inclusive club location, and in-seat service.
• Event Coordination: Ensure seamless operations for a variety of events, including family shows, ice shows, catering events, and approximately 40 concerts annually.
• Flexible Hours: Work event-based hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reporting: Report directly to the District Manager.

Candidate Must Have:

• High-Volume F&B Experience: Proven track record in managing high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Sports & Entertainment Experience: Background in the sports and entertainment industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
