Evening Home Health Registered Nurse

Qualifications Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Other EMR
• TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Join our exceptional care team as an Evening Home Health Registered Nurse. This role supports patients in Monroeville, PA, and surrounding areas, overseeing and executing patient care plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate in managing and executing patient care plans
• Provide support to patients in Irwin, PA, and surrounding areas
• Ensure timely completion of charting tasks
• Effectively manage time and scheduling

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts

Travel:

• Occasional local travel

Others:

• Territory/Driving Expectation: Monroeville/Penn Hills and surrounding areas

• Top Experiences: ICU’s, Oncology, in-patient hospice• Top Misses (experiences we don’t want): Doctor's offices, OR

• Pay Rate/Salary: Salary $70,000-74,000 annually

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5p-8a OR Monday – Friday 5p-1a
