Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Qualifications Required:

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 2 years of experience working with Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Technical Skills: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, Functional Analysis

We are currently offering a full-time onsite position with paid relocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions
  • Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff necessary skills for client programs
  • Select appropriate assessments for learners and complete all required components for client funding source review
  • Develop reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience preferred
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated to standing position; ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
