Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Qualifications Required:

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions
• Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
• Provide behavioral skills training to direct care staff and monitor progress regularly
• Generate reports such as functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries

Desired Attributes:

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
• Ability to transition between seated and standing positions, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
