Responsibilities include leading land acquisition efforts, negotiating purchase agreements, strategizing for land identification, fostering relationships with stakeholders, conducting due diligence, integrating acquisitions into development projects, driving market growth, staying updated on industry trends and regulations, maintaining industry contacts, analyzing financial feasibility, and providing regular progress reports.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of residential land acquisition experience, knowledge of Florida real estate, proficiency in negotiation and communication, strong analytical skills, and a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,835.52 - $175,000.00 per year
