We are seeking a dynamic individual for a Technical Sales Operations Lead position, a self-starter, with impeccable attention to detail, along with strong written and oral communication skills. This person will be responsible for CRM administration utilizing technology and tools. Core to this position is driving sales process improvement through analytics via data-driven decisions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all Salesforce Administration for the business including developing and implementing more efficient processes including Einstein
  • Responsible for Dashboarding and Reporting, KPIs, custom reports for Sales leaders, Metrics, and other data and reporting needed to support their sales teams and leadership
  • Drive sales process effectiveness and efficiencies through sales pipeline management
  • Identify best practices through trend analysis, flag problem areas, and makes recommendations to sales leaders to course-correct
  • Leads sales planning including territory, capacity, quota, and compensation planning 
  • Work very closely with the Commercial team responding promptly to requests for data and reporting
  • Works well with change and redirection as well as tight timelines, and good at managing other's expectations and what reasonable timelines are when needed
  • Will interact with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 5 to 7 years of experience working in a sales organization reporting to VP or C-level
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce admin certification preferred. 
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to positively affect results
