Job Summary: As a Family Preservation Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with families at risk of out-of-home placement for their children. Your role will involve developing service plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with community resources to support families in crisis.

Job Summary: As a Family Preservation Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with families at risk of out-of-home placement for their children. Your role will involve developing service plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with community resources to support families in crisis.
Key Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with county agencies and resource groups.
- Assess referrals and construct service plans with therapeutic goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to empower families.
- Maintain 24/7 availability and fulfill service needs of client families.
- Complete required documentation and participate in program evaluation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience in social work or counseling.
- Reliable transportation for travel within and beyond the service area.
