Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can showcase your culinary skills and passion for hospitality.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of service
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn and grow in the field
