Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent with a proven sales record to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for servicing and selling insurance clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including:
- Base salary plus commission
- Commissions on new business on new clients to the agency

Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in English and Spanish if applicable
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong negotiation and sales administration skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Proficient in multilingual communication (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
