Essential Responsibilities
Supervision is a primary responsibility in addition to all technical-level responsibilities. The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising, developing and mentoring a staff of two or more direct reports. This involves overseeing associates' daily assignments, providing necessary support, conducting performance reviews, and reviewing the team's performance and quality metrics. Additionally, the role requires being a key provider of input on topics related to hiring, termination, and associate performance. this supervisory aspect is integral to the overall responsibilities of the position, requiring a blend of technical expertise and effective leadership skills.
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. We will require proof of status prior to employment.
