As our Purchasing and Supply Chain lead, you will directly manage our Purchasing, Supply Chain/Scheduling, and related data within our ERP system to effectively meet customer orders.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

-Directly manage sourcing of materials from suppliers. Issue PO’s, build supplier relationships, and negotiation as needed.

-Schedule jobs based on material requirements, customer needs, and production capacity

-Lead for ensuring inventory levels are accurate in our ERP system. Coordinate any inventory counts including year end inventory.

-Setup and review parts in our ERP system while working closely with engineering to ensure data accuracy.

-Help areas of production with material receipts, any part or count adjustments needed.

-Manage stock levels of inventory and issue shop orders as needed.

-Manage transfers of product between multiple site locations.

-Other tasks as needed

Key Qualifications:

-Attention to detail is critical

-Strong people and organizational skills

-Self motivating with a sense of urgency

-Experience using operating / ERP systems specifically with purchasing or supply planning functions. Experience with Microsoft Excel.

-Minimum 3 years experience in a purchasing or supply planning role

-Bachelors Degree with a background in accounting, finance, or business.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Background within a manufacturing or construction company.

-Customer service and order coordination experience
