We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Admin team member you will provide support for the office & shop staff as well as all office functions including estimating to help ensure the smooth operations.

```Duties:```
- Answer phone calls and help customers confidently or direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Prepare and track jobs accurately
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Assists with quotes to customers with use of AutoCad

-Track orders for completion and update customers on progress

-Track project hours and timecards

- Proficient in using computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills & time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel & AutoCad software

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
