Release Train Engineer
Alpharetta, Georgia (Onsite)
12 Month Contract
Responsibilities :
Drive Agile Development and Agile Delivery processes, ensuring strict adherence to Agile Metrics.
Demonstrate technical aptitude in Agile Development, DevOps, and Architecture.
Skillfully manage multiple demands, excelling in uncertain situations.
Utilize negotiation and critical thinking skills to navigate complex scenarios.
Collaborate effectively within scaled agile development teams, emphasizing a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Clearly present complex technical information to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
Requirements : Bachelor s Degree.
Bachelor s Degree.
5 years of hands-on experience in Agile Development and Agile Metrics.
Technical aptitude related to Agile Development, Dev Ops, and Architecture.
Proven ability to juggle multiple demands effectively.
Comfort operating in uncertain situations.
4 years of experience within a scaled agile development team.
Strong sense of urgency and ownership, operating collaboratively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
Demonstrated experience with negotiation and critical thinking.
