Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with networking issues and provide troubleshooting support.
- Respond to calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilize basic network troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain proficiency in Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and RGNET platforms.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in daily tasks.
- Engage in on-the-job training and self-led learning to enhance skills.
Requirements :
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and RGNET platforms.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
