Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Remote Position
Potential to convert to perm
7 Month Contract
Overview The Accounts Receivable Coordinator ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.
Responsibilities
Record, verify, and post payments received by the organization
Reconcile payments with accounts receivable ledger
Prepare reports of delinquent accounts
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of related experience or additional specialized training / certification
Availability to work EST / CST hours
Proficiency in specific areas of accounts receivable
Ability to work under moderate supervision
