Job Description
At the Developmental Football League (DFL), we relate our success directly to the strength of our team owners. To continue operating at our high standards, we’re seeking a team owner who is a born leader, visionary, and connected to the community. This person should be an entrepreneur and have an understanding of football and experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the team owner should be driven by a desire to grow and lead their athletic organization to maximum profits, productivity, and efficiency. DFL Team Owners have and uncapped income potential. There is no set salary, but the owner's income potential is unlimited less and based on the owner's ability to grow the team and fill the stadiums. The DFL offers training, guidance, and Regional Marketing and Sales Representative to help team owners grow and sustain their organizations.
