Job Overview:

The Developmental Football League (DFL) and Xclusive Entertainment Group (XEG) are seeking entertainers, of all genres, to perform at pregame shows, half-time, and post-game events. DFL/XEG entertainers are responsible for entertaining and engaging audiences through performances, shows, or events. The entertainer uses their skills and creativity to deliver memorable and captivating experiences to audiences. DFL/XEG entertainers' salary varies depending on experience and type of performance but typically ranges from $20,000 to $100,000 per year or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and perform shows or performances that will captivate audiences
• Engage the audience by interacting with them and encouraging participation
• Plan and organize routines, props, and equipment needed for performances
• Develop original concepts and ideas for shows or events
• Collaborate with other performers and staff to ensure a seamless and cohesive performance
• Perform in various settings such as stadiums, venues, parks, bars and clubs
• Meet with clients to discuss specific requirements for performances
• Adapt performance to cater to different audiences or events
• Handle and maintain equipment and props used in performances

Qualifications:

• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Outstanding creative and artistic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Experience in various performance styles such as music or dance

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Norfolk, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
