Requirements

Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience & Knowledge Requirements :

• High School or GED Equivalent
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Ability to read and write English Language
• Ability to understand and use Safety Rules and Procedures as well as OSHA standards and regulations
• Must be able to read measuring tape and caliper

• Monitors and coordinates all areas of production to insure an efficient and cost effective flow of raw materials to end product.
• Supervises all production employees with regard to job assignments, quality of work, overtime requirements, and safety.
• Ensures all job orders are done to customers' specifications.
• Review all production activities with the Plant Manager on a daily basis.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required to perform the duties of a plant supervisor effectively.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
