Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Steel Robotic Layout/Weld Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate advanced fit and weld machinery and engage in robotic welding and other structural equipment operations to meet production goals with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate robotic layout and welding machinery including brands such as Zeman, Peddinghaus, AGT, Ocean, and Voortman.
• Maintain high levels of production efficiency and quality, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance productivity and workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating fit and weld machines like Zeman, Peddinghaus, AGT, Ocean, Voortman.
• Strong understanding of structural steel operations and robotic welding processes.
• Ability to work the designated swing shift schedule, with potential overtime.

Desired Qualifications:

• Additional experience in robotic welding or structural equipment operation is highly advantageous.
• Welding certifications and prior experience in a similar industry preferred.
