- Use computer systems (ERP) to complete daily tasks
- Scaling trucks/customers in and out
- Create documents for outbound shipments
- Collect inspection ticket information and input data
- Look up pricing to give prices over the phone
- Communicate with employees in the yard over incoming/outgoing material and customers
- Identify incoming and outgoing material - visual inspection via the inspection platform
- Guide drivers to offload material at the appropriate location in the yard
- Ensure a timely shipment of products for customers is consistently achieved
- Ensure Quality, Safety and Environmental Standards are met and achieved for production, customers and employees
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service Experience
- Positive attitude, polite
- Physical Demands: Standing/sitting for long periods of time
- General knowledge of using an ERP system is preferred
- Have proficient computer skills that include the use of software systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Work well under pressure
