Job Summary

The Production Painter Associate will be part of a team painting, assembling, packaging, and preparing various HVAC sheet metal components.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow safety procedures.

• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Apply coatings and paint to prepare products or metal surfaces using necessary equipment.

• Use Production equipment and packaging machines
• Ensure product is built to company and industry specifications, quality control standards when needed
• Package finished parts from work order quantities when needed
• Assemble final products from various components when needed
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Clock into work order.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Graco Paint Sprayer required
• Ability to follow instructions to complete the assigned tasks
• Understand numerical and alphabetical sequences.
• Requires the ability to complete forms and order parts.

Physical Requirements:

• Walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Work in a warehouse setting and all-weather conditions
• Stand for 8 hours a day
• Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
